About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Process Engineer to join their manufacturing facility in Rustenburg . This role is focused on the continuous improvement of production processes, enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety. You will work directly with production teams, maintenance staff, and management to identify opportunities for optimization and implement effective solutions. Your expertise in process design, analysis, and troubleshooting will be critical to driving operational excellence and supporting the company's growth objectives. This is an on-site position requiring a dedicated presence at our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new or modified manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Conduct pilot tests and trials for new processes, collecting and analyzing data.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and flowcharts.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful process implementation and integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
