You will manage food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and lead on-site staff while controlling costs in a flexible, field-based role.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in kitchen management, strong leadership, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in kitchen management, catering, or related culinary role, with mobile or temporary setups preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations for mobile operations.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, food costing, and budgets in diverse settings.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays, and travel as needed.
• Driver's license likely required for the role.

Responsibilities
