Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently.
• Strong commitment to hygiene and cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to stand long hours and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and ensure utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including floors and surfaces.
• Receive and store food supplies with proper rotation and storage.
• Dispose of waste and keep waste areas clean.
• Support the kitchen team with other duties to ensure efficient operation.
