Placements24 is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our logistics team in Mahikeng, North West. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries about shipping, tracking and delivery with a focus on accuracy and timely resolutions.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with dispatch, operations, and sales teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; additional logistics/customer service education is a plus.
• Experience in customer support within logistics/transportation is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding shipping status and service offerings.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Resolve complaints and issues related to logistics services; escalate when needed.
• Process shipping documents and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist customers with booking shipments and understanding terms.
• Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
