Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat regarding shipments, services, and accounts.
• Provide accurate and timely information on order status, delivery times, and potential delays.
• Process customer requests, including changes to orders, address updates, and service inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
