Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk or in a similar logistics support role.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
• Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.
• Verify quantities and item details against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Arrange for pickup and delivery of shipments with various carriers.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Organize and maintain the cleanliness and safety of receiving and shipping areas.
