The ideal candidate has a strong background in process improvement, data analysis, and change management, with experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other relevant methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing and business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma.
• Design and conduct pilot projects to test new process designs and solutions.
• Train and mentor employees on new processes and improvement techniques.
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Document process changes and create standard operating procedures (SOPs).
