Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour law.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
• Based in Cape Town and available for full-time on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations in Cape Town.
• Recruitment, onboarding, payroll liaison, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies in line with SA labour law.
• Guide employees and managers on HR matters including performance management.
• Manage talent acquisition processes for Cape Town roles.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Conduct HR audits for legal and company standards compliance.
• Drive employee engagement and support HR projects.
