Job summary

Village N Life based in Camps Bay is seeking a Junior IT Technician to join the team. You will provide foundational IT support, troubleshoot end-user issues, and assist with day-to-day IT operations in a hospitality environment.

The role is fully on-site, with no remote option. Candidates should have Grade 12, English proficiency, and Microsoft Certification or equivalent, with 1–3 years' IT support experience.

Qualifications

• Basic IT support knowledge across Windows and MacOS environments.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Ability to manage user accounts and basic IT administration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive IT support for Village N Life staff and guests.
• Perform basic server checks and troubleshooting.
• Handle daily administrative IT tasks and equipment asset tracking.
• Assist with remote and on-site IT requests in a hospitality setting.
• Support AV and network-related troubleshooting as needed.
