Job summary

Village N Life, based in Camps Bay, is seeking a Junior IT Technician to join their on-site team. You will support end-users, manage Windows and Mac environments, and handle daily IT tasks with a focus on service excellence.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT support, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high standards of service delivery. On-site work and a busy hospitality setting are expected.

Responsibilities

• Administration tasks including filing agreements, updates to asset registers and stock control.
• Perform basic server checks, Active Directory operations, and vendor coordination.
• Handle data backups, Mimecast operations, and user support via ticketing and remote tools.
• Provide first-tier IT support for staff and guests, including OS and software guidance.
• Support CCTV, access control, communications systems, and network cabling where needed.
• Assist with audio/visual setups and event support, including DSTV and video conferencing.
