Qualifications

Proven experience in an IT helpdesk or similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network protocols.
Experience with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient attitude.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.
Maintain records of support requests and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
Assist with network troubleshooting and support as needed.
Develop and maintain IT support documentation.
