Qualifications
- Experience as an installation technician or similar hands-on technical role.
- Solid understanding of basic electrical, mechanical and structural principles relevant to installations.
- Ability to read and interpret installation plans and technical documents.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools commonly used in installations.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform installations of equipment and systems according to project specifications and site requirements.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely and comply with industry regulations.
- Conduct initial testing and troubleshooting to verify correct operation post-installation.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to manage workflow and timelines.
- Maintain accurate site reports, including installation progress and any encountered issues.
- Adhere to strict quality control measures throughout the installation process.
