Placements24 in Vereeniging, Gauteng, is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to support operations on-site. You will handle a broad range of HR tasks, ensure labour law compliance, manage employee relations, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

The role is on-site in Vereeniging with manufacturing exposure. The role requires a National Diploma or Bachelor’s in HRM and 2–4 years of HR experience, with strong admin, communication, and HRIS skills.

Formación

• National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR administrative or HR Officer experience.
• Solid knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in administration of HR policies to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Support recruitment and selection: advertise vacancies, screen CVs, coordinate interviews.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures with accurate documentation.
• Handle HR queries with timely and helpful responses.
• Assist with payroll processing and data accuracy.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR filing systems.
• Support implementation of performance management processes.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive employee relations environment.
• Ensure adherence to South African labour laws and company regulations.
