Placements24 is sourcing an HR Coordinator for a large-scale industrial manufacturer in Vereeniging, Gauteng. The role supports the HR team in data management, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations while balancing onsite responsibilities with remote work.

You will handle employee records, HRIS tasks, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with SA labor laws and company policies. Hybrid role with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Qualification in HR, Industrial Psychology, or Business Management.
• Minimum 3 years in an HR support role (HR Assistant/Coordinator).
• Good knowledge of SA labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager and team in daily HR operations.
• Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Provide administrative support for performance management cycles.
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits and payroll input.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and South African labor laws.
