We’re looking for an On-Site Engineer to join one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT support professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership from the first ticket to final resolution.
Provide daily end-user IT support , including printers, Microsoft Office applications, Intune and laptop imaging.Troubleshoot network and server-related issues and resolve technical problems efficiently.Manage tickets from updates and follow-ups through to successful closure .Take ownership of assigned IT projects , ensuring progress and updates are maintained.Provision and configure mobile phones and devices .Set up and create user accounts , ensuring users have the appropriate access.Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to defining and improving IT procedures.Work closely with users and technical teams to deliver a professional, responsive IT support experience.
2–3 years’ experience in IT support / desktop support / on-site engineering.Matric / Grade 12 .A+ and/or N+ certification .Microsoft certification is advantageous.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Hands-on experience with end-user support, Microsoft Office, Intune and laptop imaging .Exposure to network and server troubleshooting .Good communication and customer-service skills.Strong ticket management, documentation and follow-through.Own reliable transport .Ability to work on-site during standard hours.
