Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Officer to join our client in Mahikeng. This on-site role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and delivering service excellence across touchpoints.

You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate records of interactions, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and retention. A high school diploma is required; higher qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience in customer relations, customer service, or helpdesk.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools.
• On-site teamwork in Mahikeng required, high school diploma needed.
