Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of catering management or a senior operational role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and operational best practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting and cost control.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mossel Bay, Western Cape, ZA for this permanent on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day catering operations, including food production, service delivery, and client management.
• Manage and motivate the catering team, providing training and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
