Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Catering Manager in planning and executing all types of catering events.
• Support client communication, including responding to inquiries and providing quotes.
• Help manage event staff, ensuring adequate coverage and professional service delivery.
• Oversee inventory and assist with ordering supplies to maintain stock levels.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, hygiene regulations, and safety procedures.
• Contribute to developing new menu ideas and service enhancements.
