Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a reputable establishment.
• Excellent culinary skills with a passion for quality ingredients and presentation.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate kitchen teams.
• Good understanding of food costing, inventory management, and waste reduction.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in a commercial kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure for event catering.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes, techniques, and standards.
• Manage inventory levels, assist with procurement of ingredients, and control food costs to meet budgetary targets.
