Pick n Pay is hiring an On-Demand Online Manager to oversee the online business operations within your designated region (ASAP & Website) for Corporate and Franchise Stores. You will manage logistics, store operations, product management, and customer service to deliver exceptional service and consistent results.

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5 years' experience in Operations Management in retail or on-demand.
• Previous retail experience advantageous.
• Previous line management experience advantageous.
• Driver's license essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff across assigned stores, ensuring clear communication and reporting.
• Oversee scheduling, productivity and absenteeism to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
• Monitor and manage people costs, leave liability, and overtime within budget.
• Develop and implement training and mentoring programs to enhance team skills.
• Monitor and improve operational performance across stores to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate daily operations and launch plans for new stores; visit stores to address issues.
• Prepare and share regular reports on performance and workforce metrics.
