Responsibilities

• People Management: lead and manage staff across stores including online supervisors.
• Oversee scheduling, productivity and attendance; manage labour costs and leave liability.
• Coaching & Mentoring: develop training programs and mentor team members.
• Operations: monitor KPI performance and ensure adherence to policies.
• Launch planning for new stores and regular store visits; report insights to the business.
