Job summary

Pick N Pay is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online business operations in a fully remote role. You will drive the e-commerce strategy, optimize the online customer journey, and maximize revenue across the online store.

You will oversee product merchandising, digital marketing, pricing, promotions, and analytics to inform decisions and improve performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience from discovery to post-purchase support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce leadership or digital commerce
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through online channels
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and analytics
• Understanding of UX/UI and customer journey optimization

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
• Manage all aspects of the online store, including website content, product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives (SEO, paid ads, email, social) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze e-commerce data and KPIs to inform decisions and optimize performance.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from discovery to post-purchase support.
