Job summary

Network Finance seeks a hands-on NOC Manager to lead its Network Operations Centre in Randburg. You will oversee 24/7 operations, mentor Tier 1–2 teams, and ensure service availability and SLA compliance across critical network services.

You will drive incident management, root cause analysis, and performance reporting while collaborating with field services and other units to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT/ Networking/Telecom qualification.
• Experience managing a NOC in telecom/ISP.
• Strong incident management and SLA-driven delivery.
• Ability to lead and develop technical teams.
• Experience with 24/7 operations and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Tier 1 and Tier 2 NOC teams.
• Oversee 24/7 network operations and service availability.
• Monitor network performance, uptime, latency, and service quality metrics.
• Ensure SLA compliance and effective operational support delivery.
• Manage incident response, outage restoration, and root cause analysis activities.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and major client issues.
• Produce performance reports, operational insights, and ticket trend analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across network operations.
• Implement monitoring, automation, and operational efficiency enhancements.
• Collaborate with field services and operations teams to coordinate technical resolutions.
• Identify trends and proactively mitigate risks before they impact service delivery.
