Qualifications

• Previous experience as Night Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and overnight procedures.
• Experience handling escalations with professionalism.
• Familiarity with PMS systems and night audit processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight.
