Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in front desk reception in hospitality.
• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• Experience with Protel or Opera Booking system.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests on arrival, ensuring a smooth, friendly welcome.
• Manage reservations, handle inquiries, provide information on services and local attractions.
• Address guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for the shift.
• Oversee hotel security during night hours for guest and staff safety.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on guest needs and room status.
• Address guest complaints professionally and follow up for resolution.
• Prepare night audit reports and maintain organized guest information records.
