The incumbent will manage a team, develop operational plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee budgets and governance compliance within the Openserve framework.

Qualifications

• NQF 6 equivalent qualification required.
• Experience in core network maintenance and regional operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and liaison with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an operational plan.
• Manage core network maintenance and repairs in the region.
• Oversee activation and assurance of special services.
• Ensure quality acceptance and commissioning of new network elements.
• Monitor terrestrial, satellite, and submarine transmission channels.
• Manage performance and wellbeing of the team.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets and reporting.
• Drive compliance with governance and Openserve policies.
