Job summary

Rsult is seeking a Business Development Representative in Johannesburg to open doors, start conversations and turn curiosity into qualified sales opportunities. You will help grow our Oracle NetSuite business across EMEA and work with colleagues in sales and marketing across our international group.

You may have some experience in business development or be ready to build a career in B2B technology sales. The role emphasizes initiative, research, outreach quality and CRM data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and identify relevant prospects across EMEA.
• Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn and follow up inbound leads.
• Speak with decision-makers about ERP environment, challenges and growth plans.
• Qualify business need, organisational fit, timing, stakeholders and next steps.
• Book well prepared meetings and handover to sales team.
• Nurture prospects not yet ready to buy and maintain contact over time.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaigns and test messages.
• Maintain accurate data in HubSpot.
