A remote, home-based Director of Revenue Management is sought by a leading international hotel group to manage revenue optimization across a portfolio of properties in Africa. The role requires strategic pricing, inventory control, and advanced analytics to maximize room revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in revenue management within the hotel industry, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role.
• Proven success in developing and implementing revenue management strategies that have significantly increased profitability.
• Deep understanding of pricing strategies, forecasting methodologies, and distribution channel management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative pricing and inventory strategies to maximize room revenue and overall profitability. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
