Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Net Revenue Manager in Johannesburg to deliver profitable growth through end-to-end NRM strategies. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Insights to implement a disciplined volume-to-value approach, supported by analytics and governance across commercial teams.

The role requires deep expertise in pricing, promotions, pack architecture, and trade investment, with strong financial acumen and senior stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years experience in Net Revenue Management or related commercial roles within FMCG/CPG.
• Exposure to core NRM levers: pricing, PPA, promotions, mix, and trade investment.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to map analyses to P&L outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Net Revenue Management roadmap across pricing, PPA, promotions, mix and trade investment to grow profitability.
• Lead pricing and PPA recommendations by brand, pack and channel.
• Assess promotional effectiveness and translate insights into better future plans.
• Guide portfolio/mix decisions to improve value capture and SKU prioritisation.
• Provide NRM input into planning, quantify price/promo/mix contributions, and flag risks.
