Magnum Ice Cream Company in Johannesburg is seeking a Revenue Growth Management Lead to drive sustainable, profitable growth via NRM and commercial strategy. You will blend advanced analytics with end-to-end leadership across pricing, portfolio, customers and execution.

You will partner with Customer Development, Marketing and Supply Chain to accelerate growth, optimise performance and strengthen in-market execution. A strong background in NRM/RGM plus analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven NRM/RGM experience is a pre-requisite for the role; 2–3 years in FMCG or commercial environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with data-driven mindset.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commercial acumen with understanding of pricing, customers and growth drivers.

Responsabilités

• Lead NRM initiatives across pricing, pack-price architecture, mix, promotions and trade spend.
• Generate data-driven insights with measurable KPIs and clear actions.
• Track performance across P&L, revenue, volume and market share.
• Collaborate with Customer Development, Marketing and Supply Chain as a commercial co-pilot.
• Support forecasting, recovery planning and demand variability management.
