About the Role

Our client, a prominent force in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is actively seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented National Sales Manager to spearhead their sales operations. This critical position, based in Klerksdorp, North West, will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies across the entire nation. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of the sales force.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in a national role within the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop strategic action plans.
• Willingness to travel extensively across South Africa, including Klerksdorp, North West.
• Excellent understanding of the FMCG distribution channels and market dynamics.
