Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in key account management.
• Experience with national retail chain accounts.
• Willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationships with national retail accounts and act as primary contact for buyers and category managers.
• Prepare and update weekly PSI reports covering purchases, sales and inventory.
• Negotiate promotional activities and commercial arrangements within guidelines.
• Develop and implement joint business plans to increase sales and market share.
• Prepare rolling sales forecasts and coordinate with supply chain teams.
• Plan and monitor in-store execution including product ranging, visibility, pricing and promotions.
• Monitor profitability, pricing accuracy, and stock levels; resolve issues.
• Track competitor activity and market share within national accounts.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance updates.
• Resolve escalations with orders, returns, pricing and service levels with admin and supply chain teams.
• Support finance and accounts-related queries for assigned customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and relationships.
