Qualifications

• Matric with 5+ years in automotive, dealer network development, or investor recruitment.
• Proven experience in identifying and securing dealership investors and establishing new locations.
• Strong understanding of automotive retail operations and dealer business models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national dealer network expansion strategy.
• Identify, engage, and recruit investors, dealer principals, and dealer groups for new dealerships.
• Conduct market studies, location analysis, and feasibility assessments for expansion opportunities.
• Present dealership investment opportunities and business cases to investors.
• Manage dealer appointment process including evaluation, due diligence, and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with automotive investors and stakeholders.
• Drive network growth aligned with market potential and business objectives.
• Support development and performance of existing dealer network.
• Monitor dealer operations for compliance with standards and brand requirements.
• Provide guidance on sales, marketing, customer satisfaction, and operations.
• Evaluate dealer performance and implement improvement plans.
• Develop and manage dealer incentive and performance programmes.
• Develop dealer sales plans and support targets to improve profitability.
• Coordinate promotional activities and events to drive retail growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
