Recruitify_HR in Johannesburg seeks a driven Sales Representative to grow the dealer network and boost sales across Gauteng. You will identify prospects, build relationships and manage the full sales cycle for digital marketing solutions tailored to motor dealerships.

The role targets new business with an energetic, self-motivated attitude and a track record of meeting sales goals. Motor-industry experience is a bonus, with strong CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience.
• Matric certificate is required.
• Proven sales track record achieving targets.
• Strong new-business development and prospecting ability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.
• Comfortable working with CRM and basic reporting.

Responsabilités

• Identify and contact prospective customers and motor dealerships.
• Develop new business opportunities within Johannesburg and Gauteng.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Present and sell the company's digital products and services.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits and value propositions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers within dealerships.
• Identify opportunities to expand the dealer network.
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
