Job summary

RecruitMyMom is seeking an experienced Dealer & Broker Sales Manager to direct commercial operations across the Western Cape, including Cape Town and Milnerton. You will lead dealer and broker sales teams, drive market expansion, and build lasting relationships with dealerships, brokers, and underwriting partners.

Reporting to the Regional Head, you will manage budgets, oversee campaigns, and ensure revenue targets are met through strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a data-driven

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales management experience leading diverse teams.
• Experience in insurance and/or automotive dealership sectors preferred.
• Strong English communication skills and stakeholder management ability.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and elevate a regional team of Dealer and Broker Consultants to maximize productivity.
• Implement commercial sales strategies to expand market presence and profitability.
• Oversee relationships with vehicle dealerships, insurance brokers, and underwriting partners.
• Hit monthly and annual revenue and sales performance benchmarks.
• Manage regional budget to optimize resources and cost efficiency.
• Drive marketing and campaign execution across broker and dealership networks.
• Build relationships with regional industry stakeholders and bodies.
• Collaborate with regional customer service to ensure client retention.
