Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA desirable for leadership depth.
• 7-9 years in sales management with 3-5 years in national leadership in FMCG/beverages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national sales strategy to hit targets.
• Lead and mentor the national sales team with clear objectives.
• Build relationships with key national accounts, distributors, retailers.
• Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee sales budget for profitable growth and efficient resource use.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations.
• Develop and deliver sales training to enhance team capability.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with major retailers and wholesalers.
