Placements24 is seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to spearhead sales operations across Cape Town, Western Cape and beyond. Based in Cape Town, you will lead a high-performing sales team, forge strong distributor and retail partnerships, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and data-driven decision making.

You will analyze market trends, manage budgets and forecasts, collaborate with marketing and operations, and identify opportunities for expansion nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive sales management experience, 5+ in national leadership (FMCG/beverages).
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding targets in competitive markets.
• Strong knowledge of SA sales channels and retail ops.
• CRM proficiency and data analytics skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Cape Town.
