Placements24 is seeking a Regional Sales Director for a field-based role in Centurion, Gauteng, ZA. The position focuses on driving sales performance, expanding market share, and building strong distributor and retail partnerships across the region.

You will lead a team of regional sales professionals, develop go-to-market strategies, analyze market trends, and report progress to senior management. Extensive travel within the designated region is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field required.
• MBA is a plus and may enhance progression.
• Minimum 8 years of sales management experience in FMCG/beverages.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet/exceed targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate regional sales representatives.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and major retailers.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage regional budgets and plan promotional activities with marketing.
• Provide forecasts and regular reports to senior management.
