Job summary

Hello Group in South Africa seeks an Asian language–specific Customer Service Consultant to join the Call Centre Department. The role requires fluent communication in at least one foreign language (Hindi, Gujarati, Urdu, Bengali, etc.), handling both inbound and outbound calls and supporting a diverse customer base.

The consultant will verify documents, manage tickets in the ticketing system, authenticate customers when data changes, and deliver language‑specific assistance with a strong focus

Qualifications

• Fluency in at least one of Hindi, Gujarati, Urdu or Bengali.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to authenticate customers and verify sensitive documents.
• Accurate data entry into the ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Verify and request source‑of‑funds documents as required.
• Capture detailed information into the bank's ticketing system.
• Provide language‑specific assistance to customers as needed.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while managing tickets.
