Qualifications

• Minimum 12th grade education; FAIS knowledge and regulatory compliance expected.
• Experience in customer-facing roles within financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner and understand needs to offer banking solutions.
• Educate customers on digital channels, e-Channels and self-service options.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while meeting performance benchmarks.
• Manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure FAIS, FICA, and TCF compliance.
