Job summary

FNB in Midrand seeks a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions for walk-in and existing customers within a high-volume branch. You will identify needs, promote banking solutions, and educate customers on digital channels to migrate them to e-Channels and self-service platforms.

The role requires FAIS/TCF awareness, strong ethics, and the ability to meet service targets while handling leads and referrals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles, preferably in financial services.
• Strong FAIS, TCF regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers in a high-volume branch.
• Educate customers on correct banking platforms and migrate to digital/e-Channels and self-service.
• Manage leads, referrals and customer follow-ups within agreed turnaround times while maintaining accurate customer records.
