Job summary

FNB is seeking a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch. You will engage walk-in and existing customers, promote digital channels, and ensure every interaction is ethical and value-driven.

You will need FAIS/TCF knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet targets while maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services.
• Solid understanding of FAIS, TCF and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to meet sales, service and customer experience targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers professionally, identify needs and promote suitable banking solutions.
• Educate customers on digital channels, e-Channels and self-service options.
• Fulfilstransactions above benchmarks while delivering excellent service.
• Manage leads, referrals and follow-ups within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA and governance.
