You will coordinate pricing updates, manage stock levels, and deliver accurate administrative reporting while fostering a customer-focused team culture. Travel to Johannesburg weekly is expected where needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years retail store management experience.
• National Senior Certificate is required.
• Experience in multi-branch operations, stock management, pricing analysis and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple retail branches across locations.
• Maintain high merchandising standards and ensure clean, organised stores.
• Monitor stock levels, manage stock ordering and minimise losses.
• Recruit, train and develop store staff; manage scheduling and attendance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve queries to maintain loyalty.
• Complete administrative and reporting functions accurately; monitor branch performance and suggest improvements.
