Job summary

CyberSentriq seeks a Customer Success Manager for MSP Partners who will oversee a portfolio of MSP and direct customers. You will build data-driven Success Plans, map stakeholders, and drive renewals while identifying cross-sell opportunities to benefit partners.

You will collaborate with CS, Product and Support to resolve issues and shape the customer journey. Experience in cybersecurity and strong relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid 3+ years in Customer Success, specifically in cybersecurity.
• Ability to manage relationships across personas, from engineers to commercial buyers.
• Comfort with renewals, forecasting, and budget conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of MSP and direct customers.
• Build CS Plans from usage, sentiment and data to show each account status.
• Create stakeholder maps to reveal who actually makes decisions.
• Manage renewals and forecasting, catching churn risk early.
• Conduct cross-sell conversations aligned with partner needs, not quotas.
• Advocate for customers with senior leaders in CS, Product and Support to resolve issues.
