Job summary

Crimson Line, located in South Africa, is seeking a Client Success Manager to manage an existing portfolio of around 40 clients. The successful candidate will ensure that clients progress and receive real value from their investments. This role is not focused on acquiring new clients but rather on deepening existing relationships.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of experience in account management within MSP or IT services, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles.
• Ability to manage large client portfolios simultaneously.
• Proven record of growing revenue within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an existing portfolio of approximately 40 clients.
• Drive the right conversations to ensure clients see real value.
• Interpret vague or technical requirements accurately.
