Placements24 is seeking a driven Mortgage Originator for an on-site role in Paarl. You will generate new mortgage business by building relationships with real estate agents, builders, and potential borrowers, guiding clients through the application process, and recommending suitable loan products.

Success requires strong sales acumen, excellent customer service, and thorough knowledge of mortgage lending within the Banking & Finance sector.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Originator or in a sales role within financial services.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and generating new business.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively source new mortgage loan applications through networking and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents and brokers.
• Counsel borrowers on mortgage loan products, terms, and interest rates.
• Take complete mortgage applications and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
• Analyze borrower financial information to determine creditworthiness and loan eligibility.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant lending regulations and company policies.
