Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for our Paarl team in the Western Cape. You will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth within the financial services sector.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and represent the company at industry events to shape our commercial direction and expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services market.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
