Job summary

Vexall is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to design, develop and deliver impactful technical training programmes across the business. You will identify technical training needs, develop learning content, and coordinate delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

With 2+ years in technical training coordination or a similar role, you will manage Moodle LMS data, support onboarding and change initiatives, and leverage e-learning tools to enhance learning outcomes.

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years' experience in technical training coordination, L&D or a similar role
• A relevant training, learning or similar qualification
• Strong understanding of technical systems, applications and technologies
• Experience with e-learning development tools
• Knowledge of virtual training platforms
• CompTIA CTT+, MCT, ATD or CPTD certification will be advantageous
