The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Training & Development and a minimum of four years in a related environment, with strong data-driven reporting and budgeting capabilities.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience measuring training effectiveness and analysing performance data.
• Strong reporting skills, including daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting.
• Experience within a fast-paced operational, retail, logistics or digital commerce environment would be advantageous.
• Relevant Learning & Development certifications would be advantageous.
