Vexall is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to design, develop and deliver impactful technical training programmes across the business. You will identify technical training needs, develop learning content, and coordinate delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

With 2+ years in technical training coordination or a similar role, you will manage Moodle LMS data, support onboarding and change initiatives, and leverage e-learning tools to enhance learning outcomes.

• Identify technical training needs and skills gaps across the business.
• Develop, maintain and update training materials and learning content.
• Coordinate and support the delivery of technical training programmes.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads, SMEs and managers to align training with business needs.
• Support employee onboarding, continuous learning and change initiatives.
• Maintain training records, LMS data and compliance documentation.
• Ensure training quality, effectiveness and adherence to organisational standards.
